We neither capture nor store your credit/debit card information. To make payment for services offered by gyaniki, you use secure payment gateway offered by Razorpay.

5. ACCESS, AMMENDMENTS AND DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

5.1 We respect your privacy rights and provide you with access to the Personal Information that you shall provide through your use of gyaniki. If you wish to access and/or amend any Personal Information we hold about you, you may contact us as set forth in the “Contact Us” Section wherein we will verify your identity before providing you with the access to make amendments or before making any amendments. If you are a Subscriber, you may require the Login Details to access your account.

5.2 At your request, we will have any reference to you deleted or blocked in our database.

5.3 On termination of your Account on gyaniki, your Personal Information shall be deleted or blocked, as soon as the purpose for storage is no longer required.

6. LINKS TO EXTERNAL WEBSITES/PORTALS

Our services may contain links to other websites/portals. These links have been placed for your convenience. Please note that we are not responsible for the contents and reliability of the linked websites and have no control over the links. These websites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to gyaniki, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.Mere presence of the link or its listing on gyaniki should not be assumed as endorsement of any kind. We cannot guarantee that these links will work all the time and we have no control over availability of linked pages.

7. DURATION OF RETAINING INFORMATION

7.1 We retain your Personal Information for as long as it is necessary or your Subscription is active or as needed to provide you with the services on gyaniki. If you no longer want us to use your Personal Information to provide you with the services, you may deactivate your Subscription. However, we may retain and use your Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, professional standards, internal record-keeping purposes and enforce our agreement.

7.2 Please note that in certain circumstances we may anonymise your Personal Information so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case we may use such information (especially for statistical purpose) without further notice to you. Once we no longer require your Personal Information for the purpose we collected it for, we will securely destroy your Personal Information in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

8. CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT

Your account is automatically deactivated upon non-payment of recurring Subscription dues and is deleted after one month of deactivation. Please note that your Personal Information may remain in our archives and information you update or delete, or information within a closed Subscription, may persist internally for the purposes mentioned in Section 7.

9. SECURITY

We are very concerned with the safety and security of your sessions on gyaniki, the Personal Information you provide us online, and any transactions you conduct with us online. To protect against the loss, theft or misuse, interception as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, modification, alteration or destruction, we have technical, contractual, administrative, and physical procedures in place to safeguard and secure the Personal Information we collect through gyaniki and through the provision of our services.

However, no method of transmissions made by means of the internet, or method of electronic storage, is absolutely secure. 10. SOFTWARE DISCLAIMER

The software downloads from this gyaniki have been thoroughly scanned and tested at all stages of production, but as with all new software we still recommend that you run a virus checker before use. We also recommend that you have an up-to-date backup of your hard disk before using the software. We cannot accept responsibility for any disruption, damage and/or loss of data on your data or computer system that may occur while using the software. We do not make any warranty that the functionality of gyaniki will be uninterrupted or error free.

You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from gyaniki any unlawful, infringing, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or pornographic material or any other material that would violate any law and we reserve the right to delete such material without giving any notice. We reserve the right to block such user from entering gyaniki permanently. Views expressed or comments offered by the users shall be personal in nature of the users and we shall not have any responsibility whatsoever in this regard.
