Curtis Instruments India

Established in 1997, Curtis Instruments India Pvt. Ltd., located in Pune, serves as a key subsidiary catering to India and neighboring countries.The Indian operations focus on providing electric vehicle development consultancy and state-of-the-art EV products.In alignment with the 'Make in India' initiative, the company commenced local manufacturing in 2021 to serve both domestic and international EV markets.


Acquisition by Kohler Co.

In January 2022, Curtis Instruments was acquired by Kohler Co., a global leader in engines, power generation, and clean energy solutions.This strategic acquisition aims to expand and diversify Kohler's power portfolio by integrating Curtis' electrification expertise.Curtis continues to operate as a standalone entity within the Kohler Power Group.
